Thank you for choosing our AC Service. We are committed to providing high-quality service and customer satisfaction. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully.
1. Service Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with our service, you must inform us within 24 hours after the service is completed. We will review the issue and arrange a re-service if necessary.
2. Re-Service Policy
We provide free re-service under the following conditions:
- Cooling performance problems after servicing
- Water leakage caused by service work
- Installation errors
- Service-related technical faults
- Re-service requests must be made within 3 days of the original service date.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be provided only if:
- The problem cannot be resolved after re-service
- The service was not completed due to our fault
- Incorrect service was delivered
- Refunds are not applicable once the service has been successfully completed and approved by the customer.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued if:
- Issues arise due to pre-existing faults in the AC unit
- Problems are caused by electrical supply issues
- Damage occurs due to customer misuse or negligence
- Service cancellation occurs after work has started
5. Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation is allowed before the technician arrives.
Cancellation after arrival may incur a service visit charge.
