Warranty Period

The service warranty is valid for 7 / 15 / 30 days from the date the service is completed. (Adjust as needed.)

What is Covered Under Warranty

Recurrence of the same issue related to the service performed

Gas leakage only if leak repair was performed during service

Cooling problems caused by service-related errors after cleaning or maintenance

What is NOT Covered

Electrical problems or voltage fluctuations

Failure of newly installed parts (covered only if parts warranty applies)

Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or improper operation

Damage caused by water, fire, rodents, insects, or natural disasters

Issues arising if the unit is opened or repaired by another technician

Conditions for Warranty Claims

Service invoice/receipt must be presented

Complaints must be reported within the warranty period

Final decision will be made after inspection by our technician
