Warranty Period

The service warranty is valid for 7 / 15 / 30 days from the date the service is completed. (Adjust as needed.)

What is Covered Under Warranty

✔ Recurrence of the same issue related to the service performed

✔ Gas leakage only if leak repair was performed during service

✔ Cooling problems caused by service-related errors after cleaning or maintenance

What is NOT Covered

✔ Electrical problems or voltage fluctuations

✔ Failure of newly installed parts (covered only if parts warranty applies)

✔ Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or improper operation

✔ Damage caused by water, fire, rodents, insects, or natural disasters

✔ Issues arising if the unit is opened or repaired by another technician

Conditions for Warranty Claims

✔ Service invoice/receipt must be presented

✔ Complaints must be reported within the warranty period

✔ The final decision will be made after inspection by our technician
