Guaranteed directives 

At AC-Service, we love the quality of our products and we promise to ensure customer satisfaction through our trusted, transparent guarantee directives. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities in terms of product warranty. 


Insurance and term guaranteed 

The warranty period only applies to products that start with the date of purchase, delivery or installation (depending on the early time) and are classified as regular household or commercial use only. 


This guideline is according to AC service. (hereinafter referred to as "us", "us" or "us") Free work, transport and/or spare parts of the product due to material or manufacturing errors in accordance with the following conditions. According to the company guidelines, Service charges may vary depending on product standards. 



Guaranteed inclusions 

During the applicable warranty period, we are as follows: 


Repair or replace defective parts free of charge. 

Provided on-site or at the customer care center's site or service, depending on product type, issue, technical error type, and warranty conditions. 

Covers the original configuration, design and specifications of the product. Guaranteed exclusions 

This warranty does not cover: 

Small defects that do not affect product functionality. 

Performance satisfaction or issues due to inappropriate use. 

Consumable materials, non-functional parts or accessories (e.g. remote controls, remote controls, batteries, glass components, chargers, cables, shelves, fragile objects, alternating power installation materials, i.e. angles, copper pipes, power cables, drainage pipes, nut roasts, switches, base plates, etc.).

Specific large devices on site can be used based on the type of problem and technical errors (air conditioning systems, refrigerators, etc.). 


Note: This warranty applies only to products purchased by certified dealers and retailers in Bangladeshi. 



Guaranteed insurance permission 

To obtain warranty service, the customer must: 

A valid warranty card for the product. 

Proof of purchase (invoice, receipt, etc.) upon request. 

Important: No guarantee is guaranteed to have missing, altered, or illegible proof of purchase. Message Product Defects 

Any missing, defective or inconsistency of parts from the invoice or packaging must be reported within 7 days of purchase. 

The claim must be collected in writing and processed by the authorized dealer or retailer from which the product was purchased. 


Exclusions from guarantee insurance 

This warranty does not cover damage caused by: 

Improper repairs or modifications by a third party. 

Negligence or inappropriate use, including, but not limited to: 

Incorrect installation or improper voltage supply or unstable and unstable power supply. 

Spilling damage to food, liquids, or chemicals. Exposure to excess heat, humidity, dust and caustic materials. 

Damage from pests, pests, or insects. 

Environmental factors such as: 

Flash, flood, fire, power boost or other natural disasters. 

Software-related issues, viruses or connectivity issues. 

Transport or transport damage. Products with missing serial numbers, manipulated or unlocked. 

Products sold as "used", "renovated", "display set", or "open box articles." 


Special conditions 

Installation Security 

During current installations alternating high-rise buildings and dangerous areas, customers need to ensure safe working conditions for their service teams. 

If security measures are insufficient, the customer is responsible for the resulting issues and costs. 


Accessory Coverage 

Elements such as remote controls, remote controls, glass parts, chargers, alternating power equipment, etc., namely H. angles, copper pipes, power cables, drain pipes, roast nuts, circuit shocks, base plates, etc. It is not guaranteed. 

If these items fail, the customer is responsible for the replacement costs. 


Limitation of liability 


AC services are permitted in regards to Bangladeshi law. Do not take responsibility: 


Random, indirect, or consistent damages, including, but not limited to, loss of data, damage to property, loss of time, or loss of business. 

Delays in maintenance due to availability or some unexpected circumstances. Property damage or damage arising from improper product consumption. 

Repair, replace or replace defective product (or its parts) is at our sole discretion. If the product is under a low warranty period during service period, the repaired or replaced product will retain its original warranty period.
